As per my knowledge ya u can surely use ur score in 2010 as
per the rule was in 2008. and ur friend which is in 3rd yr can
obviously use his/her score as it is clarified in broucher that

Actually I got 98.30% in gate 2008 & its valid till 15th march 2010
so i have a doubt now that can I apply with that score in 2010 admissions

like now my friend is in 3rd yr and� writing gate in 2009 n score is valid till 2010 15th march
she'll finish her b.tech in 2010 so can she use this score then
