Tips to to Tackle the GATE Paper

1. Start the paper by
attempting one mark questions. As these questions are easier to answer
it will help to build your confidence.(25 in number)

2. Then start solving two mark questions from Common Data and Linked Answer Questions.(8 in number)

3. Next you should attempt General Aptitude section of 10 questions.

4. Make sure that you should complete the above sections in 100-110 minutes.

At last you will be left with technical questions(22 in number). Allot
50 minutes to solve the same. You will have 15-20 minutes for revision
of the answer sheet.

6. The most deciding factor is negative marking. So avoid those questions which you are not sure of.
