(Help Required) Eligibily for PEC

hey , Can any body tell what score will be required for admission in
M.Tech.,Computers in PEC and if I expect a score around 40 in GATE
.what percentile would I be able to get?Will it be sufficient to
get admission in PEC?

above 45 marks is the qualifying mark for gate
